The Secretary of State's Office, Louisiana State Archives, and all Department of State museums will be closed Tuesday, Dec. 31 and Wednesday, Jan. 1.

Effective Jan. 1, 2024, business owners may be required to complete a beneficial ownership report with FinCEN (Financial Crimes Enforcement Network) as required by federal law.
